Spring Harvest PLANTSTRONG Culinary Experience
Register for this experience and you’ll receive premium ingredients to make the following chef-led dinner, serving 2-4 people:
- Spring Mesclun Salad with Shaved Radish & Rhubarb Vinaigrette
- Creamed Spinach with Green Garlic or Garlic Root (based on harvest)
- Grilled Asparagus with Black Emmer, Snow Pea, Tendrils & Blooms
- Baked Rhubarb Cobbler with Sorrels
Illustrated recipe cards are included. A beautiful video library is provided with step-by-step instructions and cooking techniques featuring Rip Esselstyn, his mom, Ann Crile Esselstyn, and Chef Jamie Simpson of The Culinary Vegetable Institute.
When to expect your order
Orders will begin to ship Monday, May 17th. If you placed your order before, May 17th, it will ship that day. Orders placed after May 17th, please allow 1-2 business days for your order to ship to ensure we have time to process, harvest, and pack your order. Orders will not ship Friday - Sunday.
Shipping method will be based on your ship-to location. Allow 1-2 business days for our carrier to deliver your order after shipment. Deliveries will arrive by 8 pm.
